- Are there any restrictions on the type of products or the number of orders in logistics escrow service?
- There are no restrictions on the types of escrow service and all needs can be discussed. The current experience of Wisdom Distribution logistics escrow type includes: life goods, apparel accessories, beauty and cosmetics, health food, transportation, and 3C categories.
- Is there any restriction on the order operation? (cargo characteristics, weight, dimensions, etc.)
- There is no restriction as long as the order meets the store delivery or home delivery requirements.
- Who is your correspond partner of home delivery?
- Our currently partners are President Transnet, HCT Logistics and Kerry TJ Logistics. Furthermore, we also offer COD service.
- Do you ship on holidays?
- Logistics escrow service of Wisdom Distribution provide shipments 365 days a year.
- How long is the average processing time?
- The work of Store Delivery/Home Delivery will be completed before 3-4 pm/5pm. Then the package will be shipped on the same day. If the order of Store Delivery/Home Delivery is placed before 10 am/12 pm, the package will be shipped on the same day and will be arrived on the next day.
