For virtual items, points top-up and other services, consumers can make payments in stores to avoid making transfer errors and unauthorized charges.
If consumers want to return or exchange the products, they could contact with shopping sites or their customer service executives. Then, they could get a return authorization code to complete return & exchange at 7-11 stores.
After senders and recipients confirm pick-up store, package will be shipped to the designated stores. Consumers can pick up their packages flexibly according to their individual schedule.
Consumers purchasing frozen products online can pick up the items at 7-ELEVEN stores, and the professional delivery of frozen packages is guaranteed at a constant temperature.
