7-ELEVEN Cash on Delivery & Store Pickup Only

Upon completing the ordering process online, consumers could choose to pay via Cash on Delivery or Store Pickup Only as a shipping option and pay via other payment methods. (“Store pickup only” means that customers have already paid online so they can directly collect their packages at 7-ELEVEN without paying.) “Cash on Delivery” or COD is currently the most-used delivery service, accounting for 95 percent of all services.

7-ELEVEN Payment Only (Code Payment)

For virtual items, points top-up and other services, consumers can make payments in stores to avoid making transfer errors and unauthorized charges.

7-ELEVEN Return & Exchange Service

If consumers want to return or exchange the products, they could contact with shopping sites or their customer service executives. Then, they could get a return authorization code to complete return & exchange at 7-11 stores.

I have already paid at stores, but why the website still shows “payment hasn’t been submitted successfully”?
After completing the payment, please wait for 5 to 15 minutes process time. If the status still shows “payment hasn’t been submitted successfully”, please contact with our customer service executives.
Does Code Payment include virtual currency such as Bitcoin?
No, virtual currency hasn’t been included.

7-ELEVEN Return & Exchange

If my package is delivered by post office or T-Cat, can I return or exchange my package by 7-ELEVEN?
As long as the shop cooperate with us in Returns Service, no matter what kind of delivery, you can return or exchange by 7-ELEVEN.
I had entered the return code and take my package to the counter. Why staffs rejected my package? Do 7-ELEVEN stores provide packing service?
  1. You need to follow our return rules that the size of your package cannot be bigger than 45*30*30cm and the weight cannot be over 10kg.
  2. We won’t additionally provide packing and labelling service. You can buy delivery bags and boxes from 7-ELEVEN stores if you need.
